The location of this place was amazing, just a short walk to the beach and not far from the seafront, shopping center, Brighton center, and harbor.

This hotel is quite clean, located in a charming building with really nice and helpful staff. 🌟 Whenever we're in the area, we always choose to stay here.

Staff were friendly. Well situated to sea front
Rooms were basic and small and no seperate room for the toilet only a partition sliding door which did not afford any privacy

Had time to be alone without been disturb. Found ever thing abound me easily to get. To eg breach, food and shops.
I will come back to the hotel but chose a room not near the front of the hotel. Not use to the seagul noise and the loud noise coming from the party people going home early in the morning. I like the quite side of life. Will try another room if available at the back of the hotel. Had a 3 sleepless night.

The staff were friendly and the rooms were tidy. The cooked breakfast was really good and the social areas were very tidy.
TV was analogue with poor signal, dated decor.

The location was good and amazing, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a seaside pleasure pier. What's more, it was short walk to the shopping centre, seafront and pier, and both the sea front and the shopping centre. My room included a kettle, central heating, an iron and ironing board. The bed was extremely comfy; and there was a bathtub.

The location was good, walkable from the station. There is a good lounge area.
Maybe we got a bad room but it gave a poor first impression as the carpet was badly stained and decor and fittings very dated. The whole place is a time warp from a 70's boarding house. Breakfast was just about ok but not much choice. For £72 I would expect a better standard. It was fairly full of large groups and maybe those are the clients it caters for.

The room was totally mind-blowing - recently renovated, clean, modern, and super comfortable. The loo and shower were jaw-droppingly awesome. The breakfast was plentiful and of top-notch quality, and at only £5 for a full cooked breakfast, it was an absolute steal. The garden area at the back was a nice surprise too. The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the pier, beach, and a great selection of places to eat and drink. The staff were unbelievably excellent - so friendly and helpful. it was an amazing hotel experience, especially with the outstanding value of the breakfast. Plus, the free wi-fi in rooms, 24-hour security, bar/lounge area, restaurant.

It was our 30th wedding anniversary and when we got to our room there was a bottle of champagne complitments of the management. It made our stay all the better. The breakfast room is beautiful and the breakfast itself was amazing the best I have had at an hotel.
